CONCORD, N.C. - Don't plan on Kyle Busch slowing down anytime soon.
Busch, the current points leader in the Sprint Cup Series, is loading up his racing schedule through the rest of the year inside NASCAR and out.
On Friday he added a Nationwide series race at Watkins Glen, N.Y., with a Toyota team owned by Eddie D'Hondt and announced plans to run all three NASCAR national series - Trucks, Nationwide and Cup - on consecutive days next month.
On June 6, he will compete in the Truck race at Texas, on June 7 the Nationwide race at Nashville and on June 8 the Cup race at Pocono.
And that's not all.
Busch also hopes to put together a test session sometime in November or December in Japan where he can drive a Formula One car at Twin Ring Motegi, an oval where the IndyCar Series recently competed.
"We'll take the Cup car over there ... just kind of run around there at either Twin Ring or something like that and show them what the Cup cars are like and try to get in the Formula One car, too," Busch said.
"If I can do it and I’m good at it then I'll give it a shot and try it," Busch said of Formula One racing.
"It seems as though their racing isn't all that great, they kind of get stuck in line and the aero (dynamics) takes over everything."
