CNC Racing adding Busch races to schedule for development driver Blake Bjorkland

BRISTOL, Tenn. - Haas CNC Racing is accelerating the schedule of its development driver, Blake Bjorkland, and will field him in several NASCAR Busch Series races the remainder of this season.
Through an existing partnership with Jay Robinson Racing, Bjorkland will Robinson’s No. 28 Chevrolet in races at California, Charlotte, Homestead and could add more.
Bjorklund, who had been driving the No. 8 Chevrolet for MRD Motorsports in the Craftsman Truck Series, will now focus solely on his Busch schedule.
“I enjoyed the chance to drive in the Truck series and I learned a lot but I am excited to get back in a car and tackle this new challenge,” Bjorkland said.
