Violation voids finish for Gibbs driver

Marc Davis, a developmental driver in the Camping World East Series for Joe Gibbs Racing, had his second-place finish in Sunday's U.S. Cellular 200 at Iowa Speedway taken away by NASCAR after inspectors found the oil tank reservoir cover was not in place.
Davis was dropped to 44th, last, and other competitors moved up one spot. Brian Ickler won the race.
