Harvick shows his speed again at Daytona

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. If Kevin Harvick wasn't already a favorite to win this season's Daytona 500, he sure cemented that position on Thursday.
Harvick took the lead in the first Gatorade Duel qualifying race on Lap 37 of 60 and only relinquished it during a green-flag pit stop before cruising to a victory - his second during Speedweeks.
Harvick also won last Saturday night's Sprint Unlimited non-points race, his third win in that event in the past five years.
Greg Biffle finished second, Juan Pablo Montoya was third, Jimmie Johnson was fourth and Kurt Busch finished fifth.
The race featured just one caution, a four-car wreck on Lap 53 that collected Denny Hamlin, Carl Edwards, Regan Smith and Trevor Bayne.
For Edwards, it's the third time he's been collected in an accident since arriving in Daytona last week.
