Nelson Piquet Jr. holds off Ryan Blaney in NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race

BRISTOL, Tenn. - Nelson Piquet Jr. held off a furious charge by Ryan Blaney in a two-lap overtime to win Saturday's Window Wax 125 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
The win is the first for Piquet, a native Brazilian, in his first NASCAR K&N Pro Series East series start.
Blaney finished second and Ryan Gifford was third.
"I really liked this track before," Piquet said. "I love it even more now."
Piquet finished 10th in points last season in NASCAR Trucks, driving for Kevin Harvick Inc. He drives this season for Turner Motorsports.
Blaney was lined up side-by-side with Piquet on the final restart with two laps remaining but couldn't get in position for a pass for the lead.
"Nelson was a was a lot better than I was on older tires," Blaney said. "He was really strong."
