Austin Dillon wins Truck pole

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. Austin Dillon has won the pole for the Trucks Series race at Daytona International Speedway, posting a lap of 179.047 mph on Thursday night.
Dillon is the 20-year-old grandson of NASCAR team owner Richard Childress and is driving a No. 3 Chevrolet for his grandfather's team. James Buescher qualified second in a Chevrolet for Friday night's race. Ron Hornaday Jr. will start third.
Former Formula One driver Nelson Piquet Jr. qualified fourth and was followed by Ricky Carmichael, Johanna Long, Elliott Sadler and Matt Crafton.
Joey Coulter and Johnny Sauter rounded out the top 10.
