Danica Patrick, whose first NASCAR race ended in a Daytona crash, will have another debut soon – as a voice on “The Simpsons.”
Fox announced Monday that Patrick will appear in the upcoming 22nd season of the animated comedy. Other celebrities lined up for the season include Martha Stewart, who will appear as herself in a holiday episode “The Fight Before Christmas,” which will feature live-action puppets.
In the Sept. 26 season debut titled “Elementary School Musical,” Lisa will attend a performing arts camp featuring the voice talents of Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie of “Flight of the Conchords” and Lea Michele, Cory Monteith and Amber Riley of “Glee.”
Hugh Laurie of “House” and Daniel Radcliffe of “Harry Potter” will have voice roles in annual “Treehouse of Horror” episode, Fox said.
Other guest voices for the season include Jon Hamm of “Mad Men”, Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg, Kristen Wiig of “Saturday Night Live”, Paul Rudd of “Dinner For Schmucks”, Rachel Weisz of “The Lovely Bones,” Alyson Hannigan of “How I Met Your Mother,” comedians Cheech & Chong and NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
