Worth mentioning: Drivers not already entered in the All-Star Race will compete in the Sprint Showdown at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The top-two finishers in the 40-lap Showdown will advance into the All-Star Race field. In addition, the winner of the Sprint Fan Vote, will advance into the All-Star Race. Joey Logano, below, won last season's fan vote.
