Penske Racing has hired Jay Guy and Paul Wolfe to be driver Brad Keselowski's crew chiefs in 2010 in the Sprint Cup and Nationwide series, respectively. Roy McCauley, who served as crew chief of Penske's No. 12 Cup team this season with David Stremme and Keselowski, will assume a leadership role within the organization.

Guy, 36, most recently worked as crew chief for the No. 78 Furniture Row Racing team in Cup with driver Regan Smith. He has worked in all three of NASCAR's national series - Cup, Nationwide and Trucks.

"Over the years, the No. 12 team has had a lot of success including winning the 2008 Daytona 500, and we certainly want to build on that tradition of winning," Guy said.

Wolfe, who has also been a driver, just completed his fourth season as a crew chief, leading CJM Racing's No. 11 team in the Nationwide Series.

"With the team that we will have in place, we know that 2010 will be a special season for the No. 22 Dodge and we will work hard to make sure we are ready to meet the challenge."

Keselowski, who begins his first full season with Penske in 2010, said he is looking forward to working with both crew chiefs. "Both Jay and Paul have a lot of experience throughout all levels of motorsports competition and they each seem to get the most out of the teams and drivers that they work with," he said.
