Vickers takes Chicagoland pole

JOLIET, Ill. -- Toyota's Red Bull team took both spots on the front row for Saturday's LifeLock.com 400 Sprint Cup race on Thursday, with Brian Vickers winning the pole and rookie Scott Speed starting along side him on the outside of the front row.
Vickers, in taking his fifth pole of the season, easily had the best time of the qualifying session at 184.162 mph at Chicagoland Speedway. Speed went around the 1.5-mile track at 182.958.
Jimmie Johnson will start third in his Chevy (182.217) and Denny Hamlin will be fourth (182.162).
Kyle Busch, who won last year's race, will start sixth. Tony Stewart, this year's points leader, starts 32nd.
