Kennedy takes over as Waltrip’s crew chief

Bobby Kennedy takes over as crew chief for Michael Waltrip’s No. 55 Toyotas beginning at Martinsville this weekend. Paul Andrews will lead Michael Waltrip Racing’s test teams.
“Bobby has always been there for me and my team to help with our decision-making process,” Waltrip said.
“We have known each other for a very long time and I guess you can say that we are made for each other.
“Going to Martinsville with Bobby knowing we have the luxury of being in the top 35, is a relief. Now, it is all about being successful in the race.”
